How to detect earthquake?|💯 true

To stop or less the effect the earthquake 1^st we have to know in which place earthquake is going to happen to Know this. I have thought an idea we can track the earthquake for that we have to make a device that should contain the property of a tracking device and in the tracking device there should be a feature of measuring speed and distance between 2 tracking devices. And tracking devices should be implemented in tectonic plates. So when this 2 tectonic plates will go for colliding before the collision take place we can know in which place collision will take place and we can recover the people to a safe place from that place where earthquake is going to happen.

 I hope those who are reading this short blog they have understood.

It is possible in today technology and for that any big research center has to take this responsibility.
