  What is Robot? 

A robot is a human-made machine that works according to human command. 

When a robot is given a human shape then it is called a humanoid robot. 

Humanoid mean when human and android mixed up then it is called a humanoid robot.

Ex of a humanoid robot is Sophia the humanoid robot. 

            She is Sophia the humanoid robot. 

There are 6 types of robots. 

1) Mobile Robot 

A mobile robot is a machine controlled by software that uses sensors and other technology to identify its surroundings and move around its environment. Mobile robots function using a combination of artificial intelligence (A.I) and physical robotic elements, such as wheels, tracks, and legs.

2)Rolling robot 

It is a Rolling robot that can control by a smartphone.The device uses a mobile interface, on-device artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, voice activation, and an in-built camera to recognize and respond to its users, and help them with various household tasks

3)Walking robot

Walking robot is robots they are capable of walking and running like humans. They are mainly used in the army. 

4)Stationary robot

                    Stationary robot 

These are robots that are fixed in position. They tend to have robot arms that can move about. 

5)Autonomous robot

 

   Autonomous robots, just like humans, also have the ability to make their own decisions and then perform an action accordingly. A truly autonomous robot is one that can perceive its environment, make decisions based on what it perceives and/or has been programmed to recognize and then actuate a movement or manipulation within that environment. 

6) Remote-control robot 

A remote control robot is a robot that can be programmed, they can speak and listen. They are controlled by a remote mobile sender.
